How did the Brightech company start? What’s the story behind our logo? What do our colleagues value most about the company? You’ll find out all this and more in our new film, which the video production team has worked on for months. Follow the link to watch the video, and don’t forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel.

Combining vibrant blue, green, and yellow colors, that’s how the Brightech IT logo looks. But according to our General Manager Alena Konovalova, its meaning goes much deeper. Our logo is about development, which the theory of spiral dynamics can describe.

“It’s a system of people’s thinking levels based on their needs. One of our company’s missions is to promote personal development, evolution of consciousness, and value system development,” explains Alena.

Brightech IT was born as a startup in a small Ukrainian town. Our goals were global: to introduce cutting-edge technologies into such a conservative industry as logistics. “We had nothing to boast about except our ideas, values, and dreams,” shares Helen Tymokha, Head of the HR department. Over the years, we’ve grown from a small startup to an international company with offices in Ukraine, Poland, the USA, and Mexico.

“People have always been our top priority. Of course, offices and processes are important, but people make the company,” adds Alena. “Brightech helps you stay Brightech precisely because of people with shared values,” agrees Helen. This helped us withstand and continue to grow even during major global crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the full-scale invasion initiated by Russia against Ukraine. During this time, we did not lose employees. On the contrary, our team grew. Adventurous people who are not afraid to take a risk joined us.

We won’t put all of our cards on the table, but somehow, our guys wrapped the mobile phone in foil, went to the basement, and waited for the mobile service to disappear. Why? You’ll find out from our film!

It’s about the company’s formation, its values, remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic, and relocation to Wroclaw, Poland, after the start of the full-scale invasion. The company supports its employees at every difficult stage of life and invests in their education and development. That may be why many work at Brightech for five years or more, which is quite unusual for IT companies.

“They are ready to learn something new, attend conferences, and build new processes, even if they have never done it before. Many are willing to learn and do it for the first time. No one will force anyone to learn, but if there is an initiative, there are resources for it,” assures Alena.

And, of course, it affects our company as a whole. After all, the world’s logistics industry is dominated by many large companies with huge budgets that are much more significant than ours. “But there are always exceptions. I think we are on the path to becoming that successful exception. I believe we can call ourselves an underdog,” says Volodymyr Kozhemiako, Head of our Marketing Department. And we couldn’t agree with him more! Brightech has many challenges and victories ahead, and you can learn about our history and achievements from the new video. Welcome!
